Gundaroo’s local pizza café/restaurant – https://www.corkstreetcafe.com. It’s set in the old jail stables across the road from Matt Crow’s pub and often hosts small art exhibitions for the patrons. It was started many years ago by Ian Jones, a local potter whose studio/gallery is at the old chapel along Shingle Hill Way in ‘Upper Gundaroo’. It’s changed hands several times since but still produces really excellent pizzas which we frequently enjoy.
Their chicken pesto pizza is my favourite although I generally order it without the broccolini as I still don’t like to eat my vegetables.
