Favourite Movies, TV-series, Games, Artists, Galleries and Places
Much of my artistic influences come from movies, TV series and computer games as well as my occasional travels abroad and visits to art galleries. I am building a list of some of my favourite places, artists and entertainments – both to share and discuss my thoughts on them with anyone who stumbles across the posts but also to help me think critically about them.
What makes a good source of artistic influence for me is probably a mixture of the richness of the imagery (including sound) and characterisation and maybe a degree of interest or even quirkiness of the experience.
