I am a bit of a fantasy image addict and painted this using Adobe Photoshop with a set of purchased custom brushes. My main intent was to get better at conceptual art as I usually work form a photograph or similar as a model. I had been experimenting with developing concepts by talking ideas through with dad and painting what we came up with.
I refer to it as painting rather than anything else because my technique and approach are as close to my oil painting practice as practicable in the different medium.
That things don’t seem to be going Saint Georgina’s way in the image should not be taken as implying girls can’t fight – I’m sure she wins in the end.
