‘Tyrion’ study based on Diablo 3 concept art.

This was the first in a series of studies I made of art from computer games that I was playing with friends while I was finishing my studies at Uni. This one was made for a friend (gift + materials cost). It is my interpretation in oil of a concept art image from the Diablo 3 game. While the colouring and background are a little different, the painting is fairly true to the original. For this reason, the paintings in this series owe significantly to the intellectual property of the game artists and are not able to be offered for sale. For the same reason I cannot accept commissions for copies of other artist’s work but am happy to create characters and scenes in the same styles on commission.
